Can I evict a tenant for a conviction of possession of marijuana.
My tenant in the last 6 months has been arrested and convicted of 2- AI's 1- Aggravated DUI and one possession charge. Is there an exception to the time frame I must give them to vacate the premises. She is a nuisance to the community
