Nova Scotia- I was raided a few days ago. Inside the police found 3 pounds of marijuana I was charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose to traffic no scales or score sheets were found and the police have no info that I was selling since I wasn't selling I love to smoke and grow my own. There was nothing growing in the house but I had several grow equipment in one of the spare rooms all piled up some was mine some a friends. The police took my old computer which was used commonly by three other people and found some pics on my computer of some old grow rooms on the pics they found what they believe is all my grows and some of them were friends grows also the pics are around 6 months old but the dates were not correct on the pics also. I seen I was in the paper and it stated I was being charged with production of marijuana because of these pics is this a joke. Who is to say these are real plants and I was taking care of them? Does it look like I;m going to can get nailed with these charges or should a decent lawyer be able to bring up reasonable doubt about these pics? Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks,

Yes, cops NAIL people - even in Canada. Yes, the pictures ain't going to help. I'd hire me the best lawyer I could.
