    Leaving her alone is still my advice. That you still contact her will have you feeling all sorts of emotions, regrets, and confusion. Hard to have any clarity of thoughts when you keep your feelings stirred up, and wounds open by continuing to talk to her.

    she has been cheating on me with another man and we have stopped seeing each other which has been really hard.
    And explain how its YOU who have been unfair, when she was the one cheating behind your back??
