I am from the USA have meet and am talking to a women who lives and has citizenship in another country. We have fallen in love with each other . I want to marry her but don't know how to go about being with her. I want her to move here and live with me in USA. Can u help me please, tell me what is the process. Thank you

As a USC, if you are over 21 and meet the I-864P financcial minimum, your can petition for your mother.

File the form I-130 relative petition and if she is in the US, and eligible for AOS, the I-485 concurrently and the I-765 for a work authorization (EAD).

I would start with the USCIS website for detailed instructions and if you have questions, consult with an immigration attorney. Good luck.

I am a us citizen want a women whom I love live in Canada,but is not a Canadian Citizen she is Cambodian.
Is there any way can I marry her and bring her here?
