I have a network with 50 PC connected and a shared internet of 4MBPS speed. But when I use utorrent to download some files in a PC then other PCs got very low internet speed.
Is there any router to control the bandwidth of internet speed. OR I have to use PC software? Mostly I like to use a router for this.. help..

Honestly what on earth are you doing using a torrent client on a corporate connection!!

Utorrent will use ALL available bandwidth for downloading/seeding.

Never mind the fact that a lot of ISP will throttle the entire connection speed is they sense you are using something on a bittorrent protocol. The only thing I would suggest would be to try changing the port to a totally random one and then limit utorrents speeds to <90kbps (Maybe lower depending on network factors but start with capping to 90 then decrease if you still get slow speeds). These are the settings I run bittorrent at and they manage to keep my connection fast enough on my small home network.

4MBPS for 50 clients AND you want to run a torrent client?? You *will* slow down the entire network, that is guaranteed. Jettison the torrent use and you should see a gain, though if all 50 clients are being used internet access will still chug along slowly.
