    My employer willn't tell me where my money is.
    My husband started his 4o1k like 10 years ago. We moved so we stopped get statements.Recentely my husband brother died with cqncer so we need the money to pay for the funeral.The problem come with my husbands boss he want tell us where the 401k plan is through so we can pay back the loan .He has gave us every excuse but the one I want

    Is your husband still with the same company? What reason is the employer giving?

    Does the plan permit a loan?
