    Can employer withhold money from pay
    Can a real estate broker withhold money from a salesman's earned commission without their permission?

    What are they withholding it for ?

    You are required normally to pay office fee, ( desk fee) normally your MLS fees, often the error and ommission coverage.
    Plus of course they always keep their percentage of each sale.

    So please explain what is happening
