Evidence in a Large Civil Claim
    Hi,

Clerk at the court house says the presenting evidence in a large claim is different from small claim court. Can someone direct me to resources I can read up on that explains the process of presenting evidence in a large claims court? Links or library literature, or anything of the such would be great.

    Thank you

    Hello again, syou:

Yup. You need a copy of the "Rules of Civil Procedure" for the particular court the case is being heard in. You can buy a copy from your local university book shop.

The rules will tell you everything you want to know about how evidence is to be presented in that court.
