OK,while you are pointing your finger at him(them),the other 3 fingers on your hand are pointing where? Right back at you.
What is your roll in this, there are always 2 sides to every story, you can't be 100% victim 100% of the time, sorry,it doesn't work that way.You must be doing something your brother-in-law and sister(?In law?) don't approve of.
Care to share?

You have been putting up with them for 2 years? What else is going on, and why are you still there??

Find another job. It's not easy to mix family and business together. You already tried it out for 2 years and it didn't work. There's no reason for you to suffer another 2+ years.

So you do nothing and you do it for free? Why are you still there?
Leave, find another job. Obviously this isn't working out and after 2 years I think it's reasonable to assume that it never will work.
Give them notice, and start looking for work elsewhere.

A couple of times over the years, I've found it far more fulfilling to deliver pizzas for a few months than to put up with someone's crap. The last guy I actually told them that as I walked out the door.

What do they know that they're holding over your head?
I'd definitely find another job. It's not fun working with relatives, especially ones that are sort of trying to blackmail you.

Ok, if they owe you pay for hours worked, you report it to the department of labor, ( and/or) sue them in small claims court for your pay

Have to spread rep but I agree with Fr. The personal relationship and work relationship are separate. If you have been working, they have to pay you. If they don't pay, you report them to the Department of Labor, where you can file a claim for unpaid wages.
As for the threats from the wife we'd need more to go on. What is the exact nature of the threat? If she is blackmailing you, that is against the law and you can go to the police.
You will loose the job if you pursue this but if they aren't paying you and are blackmailing you, not much of a loss.
The whole situation sounds like there's a lot you're not telling us. The devil is in the details, so let us know more completely what is going on, please.
