    B1/B2 visa expired can we get a new visa?
    Hello how are you? Hope well.. I want to ask a question from you and its really confusing me... I hope you will give ma better and expected answer...
    Actually I went to MALAYSIA for 6 years there I stamped my u.s. visa for 5 years when I came back to my country I didn't go anywhere just stayed there... the u.s. visa was expired, then I reaplied for my U.S. visa and I again got the visa for 5 years I went to USA and lived there for 2 years, than I came back to my home country for sume reson and cudn't go back now my u.s. visa has expired since 5 years ago... nw I'm planning to go to usa again after 6 years, can they give me visa easily if I show them my old visas of u.s.

    If you have B-1/B-2 which is valid for 5 years but you spent 2 years in US... you already overstayed. Normally you can stay as long as immigration officer allowed... see the stamp in your passport. Maximum term is 6 months... not 2 years.

    If this is correct, you will be barred for 10 years and your visa is already revoked.

    Hi how are you?? I want to tell you something... I did overstayed my b1/b2 visa but it was not intentionally... when I arrived in usa after that I applied for my green card case and it was in process, I was still in usa, my father had paid 1000 dollars for each of us when we were in usa and for our case, than my grandmother she was dying because of cancer and she wanted to see us last time in her life we all family members were there in usa, we came here to pakistan on parolle... after few months my mom felt ill and she got her liver operated she had stones in her liver... doctor said she can't travel anywhere... my dad asked the immigration for the Extension they said they will send our case here in pakistan but they didn't... our green card interview paper came and due to none appearance during the interview they have canceled and closed our case... and now only my fathers case is going on there in court... he can't come here to meet us in pakistan beause the lawyer said it could effect his case... now he's ill and he wants to meet us... kindly can you tell me will I get a usa visa me and my mother... we will have a very short stay there just want to meet him and see him... I study here in pakistan so how can I stay so long there?? Kindly plzz help me in this case I really want to meet and see my father...

    I was minor at that time when I went to usa with family I was under 18
