    I have just been summons I have one week to respond?
    I have just been received a lawsuit for the judgement of a 1) CREDIT CARD FOR THE AMOUNT OF $4,900.00, and another amount for the, on another summonas for the amount of $5676.95. I HAD APPROXIMAIATLEY wHAT SHOULD S I DO FOR THAT AMOUNT AOWED?

    I don't understand what you are asking? Are you saying you have been served with a lawsuit or are you saying you already have a judgement? Are you asking about the difference of the amount on the lawsuit? Please try to explain to us what you are asking so that we can better advise you.
