    Hello,

    Please help with these questions:
    1. The correlation between height and weight for adults is 0.80. What percentage of the variability in weight is associated with the relationship to height? Is it, 80%, 4%, 20% or 64%?

    2.If an experimental finding of t(5)=+2.8, p<.05 should I be concerned?
    a. no, the result is mathematically correct.
    b. no, that alpha is .05 is stringent enough.
    c. yes, +2.8 is a large value for t.
    d. yes, the sample size is very small.

    3. the result of hypothesis tests are: t(18) =2.25, p<.05. Based on this, what was the statistical decision on how big was the sample?
    a. the null hypothesis was rejected with sample of n=18
    b. the null hypothesis was rejected using a sample of n=19
