    It's possible.
There are some people who don't dream or don't remember their dreams.
I don't think it is something you can control though.
Do you not want to dream?

Yes I want to dream but sometimes I go to sleep and all I do is think thoughts go in my head that's it and I'll sleep but I don't dream it's just empty I feel like I'm resting but not dreaming this only happens sometimes though but I'm probably overreacting I probably just don't remember but it's weird

You probably dream but don't remember your dreams.
You often dream about stuff in your subconscious not stuff you are consciously thinking about.

    Hello e:

There are several levels of sleep, the deepest being REM sleep. That's rapid eye movement. That's when you dream. But, a lot of people never get that deeply asleep.

Apparently one has many dreams in a session of sleeping, even if they can only remember one or two of them

Rem sleep usually hits about 3 hours into sleeping. Some people reach it sooner. Some take longer. Some never allow themselves to reach it at all.

The people who don't reach rem sleep are the ones who feel exhausted and overwhelmed, no matter how much sleep they get.

Rem sleep is when your brain processes everything that's happened throughout the day. It moves memories from short term to long term memory. Without rem sleep your memory starts failing, you don't process events, you become easily stressed and overwhelmed. If it goes on long enough, you can actually end up with health problems.

It's possible, and very common, to hit rem sleep and not remember your dreams. It's actually rare to remember every dream you have in a night.
