    Need to Talk to Someone
I seem to be having a lot of bad days lately and I have a reallt hard time expressing myself verbally. My bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder are getting me feeling like I am in dier straights. I didn't use to be this way and now I feel really desprate to find the answers before it all falls apart.

Have you talked with your medical doctor (or anyone else?) about any of this?

    Hi, Graspingatstraws!

Yes, checking in with your medical doctor to let him or her know what is going on would be a wise choice.

What is it about your days that have been bad, please?

    Thanks!

You may be needing some additional therapy or need a change in medications.

Go see your doctor and let him/her know what's going on.

Both those disorders are highly treatable with appropriate therapy.

What I'd like to know is, have you been diagnosed with both of these disorders, or are you diagnosing yourself. And if you have been assessed, what, if any medications and treatment plan were put in place.

Your age has much to do with this too, how old are you, and when were you diagnosed?

When you say a 'bad day', that may be quite different from a general interpretation of a bad day for people without having concurrent disorders. How would you define a bad day, and how do you get through it.

Any information you could provide would be helpful.
