    Can you refile interrogatories because plaintiff objects to respond, R. 6:4-3(f)
    Debt Lawsuit:

    Plaintiff objects to interrogatories as they are non-conforming persuant to regulation
    R. 6:4-3(f). I asked to many questions in my first interrogatories.Can I amend the first one or re-file the interrogatories again with the court with the correct amount of 5 questions allowed?

    What State? Otherwise, I have no idea what Reg you are asking about.

    Were your papers denied, rejected, something else? What was the Court's ruling?

    Yes. Assuming that wherever you are the pertinent court rules limit the number of interrogatories to five, and the plaintiff objected because you asked too many, re-do them, making it clear that these amended interrogatories are to replace and supplant the original ones filed on such-and-such a date.
