    Can't figure out this movie
    Ok, so I watched this apocalypse movie some time back with my uncle, but he can't remember the name of it either. All I remember is there is some infection going around, gangs are taking over the world, the main guy's brother gets his throat cut near the beginning, the kind of overlord guy wears sunglasses and there's a scene where he chops some guy's head off with a sword, that's about it. I've been searching for a while and any help would really be appreciated.

    I can't remember any of the actors as it was several years ago when I watched it, but I think it may have taken place in New York, I don't know, I remember a big-ish city.
