When water is turned on Pump cycles on and off before pressure builds back up
Ok this is a new system Wellsaver Tank LPT-20 up right tank, and WaterAce RTS7 pump.
Water Pressues is great and even with the pump cycling on and off still have great water pressure.
This is my vac home and when I installed it last year it work great right out of box.
The voltage is set correct and like I said everything work great last year when I set it up.
I has been sitting with out water and drained for the last 4 months. Got any Idea's on what wrong.
Pressure in tank before I started was set to 38psi. I am thinking maybe something in the pressure valve line or blader has a rip in it

    Any help be great

    1. Is your pump in the well or above ground?
    2. Can we assume the switch and all pipes are new?
    3. If pressure in tank was 38, then the pump should be cutting on at 40. Is that the case?
    4. When the pump cuts on, watch the pressure gauge. Can you see pressure increasing? At what point does the pump cut off?

At what point does the pump cut off? Pressure gauge jumps around so unable to see the pressure it is till it stops.
The water its pulling has a lot of sediment in it. Which I thinking there is crap in the pressure gauge line for switch causing the problem. I just need to figure how to pull it without damage the platic line. To verify it.

You should be able to turn off the power, then take the electric wires off the switch, then simply unscrew the switch from the little pipe leading to it. If it's "crudded up", then you probably have found your culprit.

If pull sediment from well, pump is to low in well. Needs to be raise about 2 feet.
