    How to garnish wages in Georgia
    Can someone in Indiana garnish my wages in Georgia?

    Yes if they file the necessary papers with both Courts. Obviously there has to be a Judgment taken against you first.

    They will get a judgement against you in the proper court where the civil matter happened. And it is filed in GA for a order to garnish your wages. They are allowed to get up to 25 percent of your wages
