    Here is a list that will help to remember whether an account has a normal debit or credit balance:

    D = Debits
    E = Expenses
    A = Assets
    D = Dividends

    C = Credits
    U = Unearned Revenues
    R = Revenues
    L = Liabilities
    S = Stockholders or Owners Equity

    No one can give you a list of "all" the transactions that could ever happen - there a zillion different combinations of accounts that could be used together in an entry.

    You cannot memorize them all. You need to learn how to interpret the transaction you get to decide which accounts will be used, and how they are affected, and then follow your rules.
