Can this man get into trouble for stating that my husband used his tax number withou
My husband and I was at a in door flea market and we had a booth their you can get a five dollar tax # to use to buy merchandise but we forgot to get one that weekend so we knocked on his office door and ask if we can buy one he said take this and use this one so we did about 5 or 6 months later he tood a warrant out for my husband and he went to jail we got him our on bond, went to court this morning and he didn't show up and now we have to go back to court on 20 of may now we are out attorney fees what shall we do this man is doing the same thing to this other man that was at the flea market the same time we were thank

Finally, I understand that you have no money for an attorney, but if this is a criminal proceeding and you can't afford one, an attorney should be provided to your husband free of charge. |
