Hello, I am having trouble with my engine sputtering after you drive it a while. When tank is full it runs fine, as tank emptys it gets worse. You can shut off engine and it will run fine for a little while and start again. When tank ia say less than half full it will sputter when car leans around curve. I wondered if maybe I O2 sensor bad or maybe something with the pump. Any help would be appreaciated.

Your fuel pump is likely getting weak... its cooled by immersion in the gasolene... and running it around almost empty causes them to die an early death.


You could also have a large amount of crud in the tank sloshing around which you would notice more when the tank is low.
