There are 2 of all appliances, a freezer, heat in suite is electric, as is water heater and both stoves. The power washer blew a breaker last week... I had an electrician do a test and it came in at 104%, but he said there is leeway?
I am very confused right now..

    What test did he do?
    What does the 104% represent?
