    Nipple piercing- sore and bleeding
I have had my nipple pierced for around 4 years and after a work out last week it is very sore. I thought it would pass and I have been cleaning it but it has been bleeding small amounts. (which I should mention is not entirely made up of blood as the colour is too thin.)

I am not sure what to do from here since I have been cleaning it and have done everything I can think of.

    Thank you

Is it possible you got it caught during your workout and tugged on it so now you have a slight tear? You should at a minimum use tape if your running or any bouncing excersizes so it remains stable. Also are you using hydrogyn peroxide to clean it?

Nipple piercing concern [ 3 Answers ]

I got my nipples done yesterday. As I looked today I am not really feeling the look. I would like to take them out, will they my nipples look normal if I take them out, or will they be deformed. I don't want to take them out if they are going to look nasty after removing them.
