How to get sole custody of a child
Going through a divorce. Have 4 young children. Ex-wife is an unfit mother.
I have visitation at the family home M-Th 7pm to 10pm and Fri 7pm through sun 6 pm at the family home (ex-wife vacates m-th from 7p - 10p and all weekend fri 7 p to sun 6p). Unfortunately, she is NOT abiding by the 10pm m-th term. She doesn't get back until after 1 am most nights and usually incredibly intoxicated. She drives in this condition and when she gets "home" is both verbally and physically abusive towards me. She has punched, kicked and spit at me numerous times. While out, she engages in stupid and permiscuous activity inside the bar (sex in bathrooms with men-have texts on her cell phone to prove this). When she is at home with kids, she is NOT overseeing them. She locks herself in bedroom and chats, texts and goes online. Home has been reduced to pig stye as she rarely cleans or cooks anymore. I am a hard-working, loving father who wants to make sure my children are safe and well cared for. My 7 year old daughter is special needs (type 1 diabetic-insulin dependent). The ex-wifes drunkenness and violent behavior makes me leary of leaving any of the children with her at any time. How can I get full and sole custody of my children?

You go back to Court, petition for full/sole custody, present PROOF of what you have said here.
