    Moving expense question
This is a question for future purpose. I am moving from NJ to CA in May. I am being transferred from the company with which I have been working for the last 3 years. Everything with regards to my work remains the same except the location is CA instead of NJ. My company is not covering my move expenses. I had some questions

1: Would I be able to claim moving expenses in my taxes for next year?
2: My car is being shipped from NJ to CA. Would I be able to claim that?
3: I will be driving from NJ to CA in a rental car. In this trip what can I claim in moving expenses(such as gas, hotel)?
4: The time test for moving expenses says 39 weeks for employees. Does the 39 weeks have to fall with 2010 itself to qualify or weeks for 2011 can also be included to make up the 39 weeks?

    Thanks
