    Is asking for Rent 1st, last & security legal in NH? I believe my landlady only has 1 or 2 rental properties...

    Some land lords can ask for 1st and last and security to protect the property it doesn't matter how many they have

    The land lords I've come across that ask for stuff like that are doing it because they had bad tentants before that left without paying
