    2 questions. 1st do I give a 3 or 5 day notice for payment of rent in Florida
    I questions about landlord/ tenant law in Florida. 1st do I give a 3 or 5 day notice for non payment of rent. 2nd when do I give the notice if due on the 1st and not paid.

    Its three day and you can serve on the first day payment is late.
