    Large nipple due to piercing.
    My nipple (female) grew large after 3yrs of being pierced. I took it out, but how can I reduce the size of my nipple?

    Leave the piecing out and let nature do the rest. It's possible your nipple got large from maturity, not just the piercing.

    Is there a particular reason you want your nipple to shrink?
