Has anyone here tried a liquid diet to lose weight? If so, how much did you lose and how long did it take you?

Are you talking about a Very Low Calorie diet? Those should only be done in cases of extreme necessity and under medical supervision.

There are other diets where you can replace one or two meals a day with a protein shake or other calorie counted food, which are more likely to produce sustainable results.
