    Will history on someone's will
    Hi I was just wondering when I was 6 my mother was dying and before she dyed she wanted me to have a the hutch and all the elephants. After she dyed we went and stayed with a family until I had a place of mine. They sold my hutch. And over half of my elephants. Iwasjust wondering if they had the right to do that. And I wanted to know if it was in her will ? And if it was legal and what to do. please help me! And thank you

    How old are you now?Who sold your hutch and elephants?

    It may be checked up in the probate registries whether she mentioned of the hutch and the elephants.But if they sold them I wonder how you can get them back.

    If your question is"how-do-you-find-someones-will" the answer is:
    1.Call the executor of the will and ask for a copy. If they won't give one take another step
    2.If it was a legal will, the Court in the town where she died is required to have a copy of it.
    Call them up and ask if there is a will on file for your mother. If you want a copy, you may have to pay for it. The Court Clerk will give you a copy
