    What proffessional equipment and material do you need for professional cleaning
    I want to start a cleaning business where I clean make-ready houses for potential homebuyers to view. Also I would like to residential cleaning, tidying and organizing.

    You will need several cleaning agents and window cleaner. A vac, bucket, flat mop, cloths (rags), broom, etc. And elbow grease...

    Do you think that one or two, a slower one for stripping and a faster on for buffing might be good to have on hand, just in case?.

    Possibly, the OP will have to come back and let us know if there is to be any stripping involved. Since the OP is starting a new business I would suggest not making that investment until necessary though.
