You will need several cleaning agents and window cleaner. A vac, bucket, flat mop, cloths (rags), broom, etc. And elbow grease...

Do you think that one or two, a slower one for stripping and a faster on for buffing might be good to have on hand, just in case?.

Just trying to get someone prepared here...

Possibly, the OP will have to come back and let us know if there is to be any stripping involved. Since the OP is starting a new business I would suggest not making that investment until necessary though.
