    Garnishment of bank account Kentucky
I live in Ky. And just had my bank acct. cleaned out by a credit card company attorney. All of my family's living expenses come from this account. Is there any way that I can file a motion to Quash this order and get a portion of my money back? The court gave me 21 days to resolve this. What are my options?

What's the back-story here... was there a judgement issued against you by the court? What were its terms.
