    Hello c:

    It depends. If it's just YOUR apartment, and you can use some bug spray, then that's what your landlord would tell you to do. Who knows? It might be something YOU did to attract the bugs.

    However, if this is a problem with your complex, then it's the landlords responsibility. Then, of course, there are places in the country where even the cleanest of households have roaches.

    So, you're going to have to tell me more in order to get a better answer.
