Having trouble staying in the mood
OK well its very easy to get in the mood but for some reason I have trouble staying that way while I'm having sex.I also fine myself thinking about other stuff.im just wondering is there any way to keep myself in the mood and how to focus:confused:

If your mind is wandering chances are your sub-conscious believes that these issues are more important than the task at hand. I believe that you should really take care of the issues before hand so that it doesn't interfere with your intimate time with your partner. Speaking of which, to what level is this interfering with your love life? Are you going soft or are you just becoming distracted? If you are just getting distracted, don't worry about it too much. If you find your attention is wander, switch something up and concentrate on that. |

OK sometimes I do go soft and I end up forceing myself to finish.I even tried taking extenze drink but didn't work.and I do become distracted and that's what leads me to becoming soft.after I become soft its hard to become hard again.and when my mind does wonder its always about unimportant stuff. |
