    Wisconsin quiet title
A 93 year old friend has a problem with a property description not being accurate. It seems that he needs to begin a motion for Quiet Title. I am not a lawyer, but want to help the old guy. I can NOT find a standard form for filing this Quiet Title in Wisconsin. My question... How to I get the old guy into Court to settle this? I have taken him to several meeting over this. The locals also suggested a Quiet Title. Again, I have NO FORM or format to write up and have him sign that would get him his Court calendar.
Is there a Wisconsin Quiet Title Action form?

Really, really need a real estate attorney,

One can go into the court house and review old cases, that used them.

Also if you tell more about what type of problem, some others may have more suggestiongs
