New bathroom drains and vents

The attached drawing shows what I want to do to install drains and venting for a bathroom addition I am doing in New Jersey. My main problem is the vent for the shower. Is this legal and will it work? The addition is approximately 5.5 x 10 and the house main stack is about 12 feet from the toilet....

I have put a new tub and separate shower in. Well, when we drain the tub the water goes out the main drain but it also comes up into the separate shower why

I what appears to be a drain vent in my double basin bathroom sink it appears to be malfuntioning as the water will backup in the unused drain and ythen will bubble and drain properly. Is therre a way to crrect this problem ?
