Replacing Halogen bulb in Hampton Bay product

I have a ceiling mounted Hampton Bay product with one T3 halogen bulb and four spots. I cannot remove the burned out T3 to replace it. Any suggestions?

My remote control just stopped working the lights and fan. Batteries are not the problem. Light switches are on and the red light comes on the remote but fan and lights don't work. Any suggestions? Thank you.

This shouldn't be this confusing. We have two sets of wires coming down where the old ceiling fan was. Two grounds, two whites and two blacks. I have no idea why. In the wall where the old switch was there is a white a black and a ground. The new wall switch is two blacks and a ground. I guess I...
