    Florida eviction rules
My tenant is on a month to month lease and as of March 9 he has not paid the rent, or returned the key or given us written notice of leaving, it appears they may have already left the house and we also have property damage. This house is in Seminole County, FL. What is the proper method to process this eviction and possession of proerty. Thanks.

    Hello y:

You need to file for eviction asap, and when it's complete, you may take possession.
