    Eviction rules for Florida
    Can a lanlord evicit me within 24hrs although I paid my rent to the court like he said.

    A landlord can't evict you, only a court can. If you were given a pay or quit notice and you paid in full, then the pay or quit notice is voided. He has to start the whole process all over again.

    OK first why are you paying the court the money? Was there already eviction procedure in court ?
