How do u bid on move out cleans of apartments
One and two bedroom apartments with one bathroom. Location is in a low rent district. Also involves cleaning inside and out side windows, all light switch plates, refrigerator, microwave and oven (not a self cleaning). Approximately 600 to 800 square feet.

Calculate your loaded hourly rate: Wages, taxes, equipment, supplies, administration costs and profit, etc.

Then figure how long it will take to totally clean the empty apartment and arrive at your total price. If for example it you figure six hours and you use two people that would be three hours per person.

I suggest that you be incorporated and insured.
