    Should I send a 1099 to man who cleans our fish tanks?
    The man who cleans our fish tanks at the office says he doesn't need to receive a 1099, he is not corporation. Do I need to send him a 1099?

    Yes, if you paid him $600 or more in 2009, you must issue 1099-misc. You do not issue 1099-misc to corporations.
