    Tone up
    Hi
    I'm 15 and weigh 60 kilos I'm 166.5 cm tall and a size 8. I am big boned at quite curvy. Over the year I have put on 5 kilos a lot! Also my body as got fatter. I need to know what to do. Should I run or swim. I'm active a play basktball twice a week and rock climb for 3 hours twice a week. I also have pe and sport 4 times a week. I eat 6 small meals a day eg: scrambled eggs, unsalted nuts, chicken sandwich on wholemeal bread, sultannas,steak and salad. I don't drink that much water maybe a cup a day. But I always pig out on achockie biscuit or chips it would be OK if it was just one but sometimes I'll eat a chockie biscuit,chips,soft drink, toast, choclates,loloies and than coke afterwards dinner and I'm not exaggerating please help me! I really want to fix this even if I lost a couple of kilos. Help please!:)

    Additional exercise will help. Either swimming or jogging will work. But most importantly you have to stop pigging out on soft drinks, toast, choclates,loloies and coke.

    BTW

    You have to greatly increase your water intake.
