I'm 15 and weigh 60 kilos I'm 166.5 cm tall and a size 8. I am big boned at quite curvy. Over the year I have put on 5 kilos a lot! Also my body as got fatter. I need to know what to do. Should I run or swim. I'm active a play basktball twice a week and rock climb for 3 hours twice a week. I also have pe and sport 4 times a week. I eat 6 small meals a day eg: scrambled eggs, unsalted nuts, chicken sandwich on wholemeal bread, sultannas,steak and salad. I don't drink that much water maybe a cup a day. But I always pig out on achockie biscuit or chips it would be OK if it was just one but sometimes I'll eat a chockie biscuit,chips,soft drink, toast, choclates,loloies and than coke afterwards dinner and I'm not exaggerating please help me! I really want to fix this even if I lost a couple of kilos. Help please!:)
