    Should supporting posts on my fence be on my neighbour's or my own side?
    Which side of my wooden fence should have the supporting posts, my neighbour's or my own?

    Supporting posts for your fence should be on your side, unless you are sharing expenses with your neighbour, then it isn't an issue.

    If it's a cooperative arrangement with your neighbor, it would be a good idea to put the terms of that agreement in writing, and for of you to sign the agreement.
