    I have a Rheem Corsair 90%, burners intermittent, replaced about everything...
    5 yr old corsair 90%er burners flash on, then burp, and run then burp, then kicks out and goes to lock out... I've replaced about everything... control panel, pressure switches, gas valve (twice), heat sensor rod, hot wired around thermastat...
