    State taxes for few days of meeting prospects
    I work for a Florida based company. Do I pay state taxes in New York if I were meeting with prospects for 1 day or 2 ? What about meeting with pension consultants ?

    Income earned during the 1 day or 2 is NY income, which is to be reported on the NY tax return. If your NY income is less than the NY filing requirement, you do not need to file NY tax return.
