    What forms to file for judgement
    My divorce is pretty much done but I just don't know the form numbers that I need to file. My ex-didn't show up to either court date but he responded and I didn't request any support of any kind so how hard can it be?

    What state are you in? Are you looking to get a default divorce?

    What did your ex respond with? Is he contesting the divorce?

    CA... I was told I can't file default because he responded no contesting. Went to trial and status confrence. He didn't show and the jusdge made a decision and I have the print out but I guess I have file all these extra forms is what I was told by the family law facilitator. My kids and I have not seen him in 4 yrs since the day I left him... and I 'm not making him pay anything. He's getting off scott free but he is also violent and bi-polar

    I'm not understanding. If the judge made a final decision on your divorce, then it should get finalized by the court. You shouldn't have to file more paperwork.

    What is it that the facilitator is stating you have to file?

    And stepping away from the law aspect of this, I'd say you're the one getting off scott-free if you've managed to get your children away from a violent, bi-polar person.

    I totally agree, however CA is so corrupt it's not even funny. The F.L.F won't tell me what I have to file she just keeps making appts. With me and canceling thema t the last minute and she's booked out 4 weeks then when I try to resch. Her mailbox is full for however long. And she doesn't get paid, it's a free thing which is probably the problem. I asked her to give me the form #'s so I could get started but she said I needed to see her. If I was on drugs, foreign, or just popped out kids to get the gov. to supply my habbit I could get anythingI want but since I'm a normal person I'm left to be killed by a psyho. And finally... you're right no amount of money in the world is worth ever having to see or deal with him again. Thanki you for all your insight.
