    Please do not keep posting the same thing over and over. You've got six threads on this same question. That is just really confusing to everyone. I've merged them all back into one thread.

    That is the entry to purchase supplies. You have now used them up. If you debit supplies, you will put more supplies into that account, when instead they've been used. What would using them up do to the supplies account? And where do assets go when they've been used?
