    Can dad claim taxes after 3yrsof signing over custody?
    Dad signed over temp custody 3 yrs ago and has only seen kids once since and he is still claiming on taxes... also has given no support... can he do this

    Only custodial parent can claim the child. If you lived with your dad for more than 6 months, he can claim you.
